What types of products are available?

Here at ACME, we can offer almost anything you might need. This includes wrapping a truck or car or creating a custom widget for your promotion. We have hundreds of local and international suppliers to source your solution from. This may be custom made direct from the factory when we have enough time and meet MOQ’s, or quickly printed t-shirts for a company event. BBQs, drones, coffee machines, Halloween costumes, and standard promotional items like drink bottles, caps, tote bags, lanyards and printed t-shirts. We do it all, just get in touch.

Is there a minimum quantity?

Minimum quantities vary depending on the product and decoration technique, it’s best to discuss your needs with an account manager who can find a solution for you.

What lead times can I expect?

Lead times vary, however, once the order is confirmed, expect 2-3 business days for unbranded items and 2-3 weeks for all locally sourced branded items. Internationally sourced products have longer lead times. Acme can advise before the order is processed (this can be 2-12 weeks depending on product and quantity). If you have a strict delivery deadline because of an event or delivery date, please advise us of this as early as you can in the quote process so we can ensure expectations are managed.

May I request samples before approving an order?

Branded samples:
Pre-production branded samples are possible but there is a cost, and often the same finish is hard to achieve on a one-off item.  This practice is not common and we would only recommend this when a large order is being placed offshore.

Unbranded samples:
We can provide unbranded samples free of charge to help your decision.  They must be returned within 14 days in a resalable condition (all packaging and tags in the same condition as supplied), otherwise to be paid.  Shipping costs will be at your expense.

Can you manage and store my order if we don’t need it all now?

We can support you with this.  The products need to be paid for, and a charge agreed regarding storage, pick, pack and delivery costs for all orders.  These charges will vary depending on the size and quantity of your orders.

How much is delivery?

Costs can vary depending on the size and volume of items and the shipping location.  For an approximate per carton cost, please see below.  These are subject to change at any time.

When is payment due?

We require payment in full, before delivery unless other terms have been discussed and agreed with Acme.  In some cases with an indent order, or for large orders we will require a deposit of 50%+ before commencement.

What is your cancellation policy?

You may cancel an order before signing the artwork proof at no charge.  If stock has been ordered but production has not commenced, there will be a re-stocking fee (to be advised at the time of cancellation request).  We may refuse cancellation or amendments to orders already approved and/or are already in production.  Where you are able to cancel the order you will be liable to pay for any costs incurred prior to cancellation.  These can include administration, stocking fees, freight and product charges.

What is your returns policy?

Unfortunately, we have a no returns policy across all products.  The only exception is if the return request is a result of an error on our part, or if the branding is incorrect based on the proof approved.  These items cannot be re-sold if they have your brand on them.  We will only accept the return (based on the stipulations outlined above) if you have notified us within five working days from delivery.
